Rules for using the website and making enquiries to VISION-H.

Updated: 21 October 2026

1. Purpose of the website

The website presents VISION-H expertise, land sites and educational resources. Browsing is open, subject to sign-in conditions for protected areas. A form submission requests information; it does not reserve land, create a mandate or establish a service contract.

2. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information and contact us for legitimate enquiries. Do not impersonate others or send third-party confidential documents without permission. Disrupting the website, bypassing safeguards, abusive messaging and attempted unauthorised access are prohibited.

3. Engagements and land transactions

Services, visits and transactions require written confirmation of scope, fees, conditions and responsibilities. Administrative charges, studies and third-party work should be specified in the applicable quotation or agreement. Browsing the website alone requires no payment.

Verify the recipient and payment instructions with our team before transferring money. A third-party message or assistant response does not replace verification.

4. Availability, links and responsibility

Maintenance or incidents may interrupt access. We cannot guarantee continuous availability or operation of external websites. Report errors to [email protected]. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Raise concerns with VISION-H first so we can seek a resolution. Mandatory rules and competent courts remain determined by applicable law; this page does not impose mandatory arbitration or waive your remedies.
