1. Who handles your information?
VISION-H SARL, Maképé, Conteneur Rouge, Douala, Cameroon, is your contact for personal information collected through this website. Send privacy questions and requests to [email protected].
This policy covers visitors, people making enquiries and users of VISION-H AI. A land-related engagement may require additional information specific to the case.
2. Information covered
Forms collect your name, email address, optional telephone number, enquiry subject, message and agreement to processing. Consultation requests may also contain project information and availability.
VISION-H AI exchanges include your messages and a conversation identifier. Technical services may process IP addresses, browser information, connection logs and security events. Optional analytics, when configured and accepted, measures page visits and website interactions.
Do not send passwords, bank details, identity documents or complete land titles through public forms or the assistant. Ask our team for an appropriate channel if documents are needed.
3. Purposes and grounds
We use contact and project information to reply, prepare consultations and arrange assistance you request. Depending on the situation, processing relies on consent, pre-contractual steps you request or performance of our engagement.
Security, abuse prevention and complaint handling serve legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Legal obligations may require retention of certain records. Optional analytics relies on your cookie choice. Form consent does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
4. Recipients and service providers
Information is accessible to authorised VISION-H staff and people needed to handle your request. The website uses a Supabase database and Resend for enquiry notifications and confirmations. Technical hosting, delivery and protection involve providers including Contabo and Cloudflare.
When you use the assistant, messages are sent to the generation service integrated through OpenCode Zen and to conversation storage components. Google Analytics may receive browsing information only after acceptance, when configured. Providers may process data outside your country. Contact us for recipient and safeguard information relevant to your request.
We do not publish your messages or contact details. Sharing with a partner for an engagement must be limited to information needed for that work.
5. Retention and security
Information is kept as needed to handle enquiries, manage the relationship and meet applicable legal or dispute-related requirements. Retention depends on the record and case; ask us about the period affecting your information. This policy does not claim automatic deletion after a fixed period.
We restrict access and use technical safeguards, but no system guarantees absolute security. Contact us promptly if you sent sensitive information by mistake. Clearing browser storage does not erase information already sent to our services.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion and, where legally available, restriction, objection or portability. You can withdraw consent for future processing without changing the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Email [email protected] with your request and the address used to contact us. Identity evidence will be requested only if needed to protect your information. If a legal duty prevents immediate deletion, we will explain why. You may also contact the competent authority under applicable law.
