What is the difference between earthworks and servicing?
Earthworks physically prepare the land (levelling, compaction). Servicing adds all networks (water, electricity, sanitation, roads) to make plots buildable.
Do you manage public-network connections?
Yes, we coordinate with the utilities (CDE, ENEO, Camtel) for official connections and handle all administrative steps.
Do you offer full project supervision?
Absolutely. We handle design, site supervision, quality control and works handover.
