Boundary Survey
Technical and legal operation that physically demarcates a property's boundaries by setting markers. Boundary surveys are performed by a sworn expert surveyor in the presence of neighbouring owners.
Why it matters
Boundary surveys are mandatory in registration procedures and for any subdivision. They prevent neighbour disputes and incontestably establish your property limits.
